Its discolored a bit. It is too big to go in the washing maching, and it couldnt anyway because it has big long wood jobbers on it that are not removable. Anyone have any tips?

I stored it rolled up and just leaning against the wall in the garage for the winter. I pulled it out today and it is moldy looking. I put into the bathtub with soap and bleach but did not whiten up any. Does anyone have any product that can be used on rope to take the moldy, dark look out and the nice white look back?

I can’t seem to find one with the exact specifications I need though. It must be less than 7 feet long first of all. I am going to use wall studs so it doesn’t need a stand.
It also can’t have a wooden spreader like the one below:
