I purchased a nice rope hammock last year and used for the summer. I stored it rolled up and just leaning against the wall in the garage for the winter. I pulled it out today and it is moldy looking. I put into the bathtub with soap and bleach but did not whiten up any. Does anyone have any product that can be used on rope to take the moldy, dark look out and the nice white look back?
I decided i’m going to replace my bunkbeds with a hammock to free up some space in my small dorm plus it would be cool to have and would look awesome. I can’t seem to find one with the exact specifications I need though. It must be less than 7 feet long first of all. I am going to use wall studs so it doesn’t need a stand.
It also can’t have a wooden spreader like the one below:

Heres a picture of one without a spreader that I like but its 14 feet long!:

Just a plain classic rope hammock would be fine with me.
Make that requirement less than 9 feet actually.
Does anyone know how to make a rope hammock? or a good website that goes into detail and has pictures. Any resource is a good help. All I can find on the internet is someone trying to sell you one.
Does anyone know how to make a rope hammock. Not the hammock with fabric. Are there any websites with detailed info of how to do it from start to finish?
hey, im about to get a rope hammock with a steel stand, preferable i would like the stand to have wheels on one side so if i needed to move it i could just wheel it away. I have found a stand and rope package at BROOKSTONE (a store in the mall) but if anybody has it please let me know if it is crappy or not because it doesnt seem the best of quality.
Where can i get a white hammock? i dont want it from WALMART!!!!!!!! and no rope hammock, more like cloth…. thanx!!!
