when rotating right foot clockwise why can't you draw an imaginary 6 in the air?

Sit in a chair facing forwards both feet on the ground. Lift your right foot and rotate it clockwise. While doing so try and draw the # 6 in mid air with your right hand. It’s impossible. Does any one know the reason why not?

It’s not actually impossible, just very difficult. If you do it very slowly it is possible. It isn’t physics, it’s just that because both limbs are on the same side of the body, it is only one side of the brain that controls them and the signals get a bit mixed up.

It’s not physics, it’s just that you’re using the same side of your brain and trying to do opposite tasks with different limbs. It’s just very difficult to do at the same time.
