Portable Folding Hammock

Now I have tried one and hated it. I couldn’t get comfy, having air all around in cold weather I nearly froze. Not enough tree’s around to always work, when there was I was always away from the rest of the group. When I was above tree line it was a worthless tarp. so I dumped it and returned to using my REI quarter-dome

Call some hammock companies. They must have an answer.

why not just buy a 2 person hammock, a large bug net and a ultralight tarp separately? seems like the obvious and easiest route.

REI is a good company, with quality products.

Chris W. is right a hammock is very cold, and the other problems make sense. A hammock with net and rain guard is most useful in the tropics. In the tropics air circulation is a plus. Also in the tropics you cannot just sleep on the ground in a sleeping bag. There are too many snakes and nasty insects. If it is hot weather camping and weight is not an issue then a tent and a cot will keep you cool and bug free. It would avoid location problems Chris mentioned.
