You've probably ruptured a cyst. If you have endo you might have had a chocolate cyst rupture. If you go to the doctor and they diagnose you with a ruptured cyst they will probably give you something like lortab for pain and tell you you should feel better in about 3-4 days when the "fluid" dissipates. This is what happened to me ..the difference with a regular cyst and a chocolate cyst is that the pain with a chocolate cyst is much greater and the pain wont go away In a few days it will linger for weeks. This is because the "fluid" isn't just water fluid. its blood and tissue which cause much more pain. I would definitely go to the hospital asap. no need to be in that much pain to any longer.
