How do I get my rat to sleep on his hammock…?

I’ve been trying this with him for the last year and he only likes the small houses, is there a way to teach him to sleep in it (Should I take away his house).

    Although most rats enjoy hammocks, each rat is an individual. Maybe your rat feels too vulnerable out in the open & prefers the seclusion of his little house.

    If your rat totally ignores the hammock, you could try leaving treats & maybe nesting material in it to attract his interest. That’s what we’ve done for rats who were suspicious of their hammocks, but it didn’t work all the time.

    well you cant force him to sleep on it.
