I bought a hammock from Mexico and it’s not treated or weatherproof or anything so what can I buy to weatherproof it?

REI and other camping/outdoor/RV stores sell a waterproofing sprays for tents that work well. It not only repells water but keeps it from mildewing as well. There are several manufacturer’s but I used the one made by 3M last time and it lasted about a year. There is one type that you use in the washing machine during the rinse cycle that works, if it is already dirty and you have to launder it first.
