How can i make a hammock for a hamster?

It can’t be made of cloth due to choking hazards.

She has a very large cage (3 stories and very open)

    just buy a ferrot hammock..it works for hamsters.

    well its gonna be pretty hard without cloth but why dont you use a block of wood and wrap bedding or fluff then wrap that up so s/he wont chew it. is it one of those ones with little stands. if so hang it between two of them.

    P.S. cool idea never thought about making a hamster hammock

    I don’t know how you could make this, but I don’t think your hamster would sleep on it…. They like to burrow and sleep under their bedding, and being on an open hammock wouldn’t be their first choice. Well, good luck anyways(:

    use a very thick material……old jeans are good. Use a wire coat hanger to make long strands to attatch the four corners. She will love it and just make another when that one gets grubby. They do like clean bedding ! good luck
