Hang a hammock with one tree?

I only have one tree to hang my hammock. I have a stand, but it has a lot of bars under it, and now that it is so stretched out, I always hit the bars when I sit in it. I want to hang it on trees, but I only have one tree that is strong enough to hang it on. I wanted to know what to do to the other end-what can I attach it to?

Sink a 4×4(8ft.long) treated post in the ground, about 3-4 ft.deep and dump a bag of concrete for posts in and back fill. Put an eye bolt into the post to hang your hammock on and you are good to go.
