Are there places in New Zealand where I can buy land next to the beach. I plan on building a tiny house with a hammock, thats all.

    Depends where. Maori iwi are pretty sensitive about their land and beaches…

    There are places but all land near the sea is expensive.

    South Island of new zealand is cheaper to by that the north, that and small towns. If you have lots of money then you will be ok in the city’s, but its nicer and cheaper in the smaller places
