I used to have ferrets and still have the cage and old hammock. Im thinking about getting some hamsters. So can they?

Hamsters have this amazing talent. They can flatten themselves and fit through small spaces. They also love to chew everything. So I think if you used a ferret cage you would end up with a chewed up hammock and a hamster that escapes out of the cage.

The ferret cage will probably be too big, and they will be able to escape. I don’t think the hamsters would use the hammock as a nest, but it would be ok for them to play on. I would suggest getting an aquarium though, or something they won’t be able to escape from.
